Intimate items cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken. This is to ensure every client receives a pristine, untouched masterpiece. Clothing must be returned with all original tags and no signs of wear.
All electronic masterpieces include a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Should your selection falter, our concierge will handle the replacement logistics on your behalf.
